KPL provides you with an amazing white-glove, same-day pick-up and delivery logistical ground service within and around the Greater Toronto Area GTA. We offer our service to multiple corporate industries and residential clients. We offer three main classes of same-day pick-up and delivery logistic services: KPL Standard ,KPL Gold and KPL Platinum. All three service classes will demonstrate to you, our client, that your satisfaction is all that matters to us at KPL.
KPL Standard
- Package pick-ups during regular business hours {Mondays to Saturdays from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM}.
- We guarantee at least one delivery attempt within 24 hours after pick-up.
- All packages will be delivered to someone and not left outside unattended.
- We will send email status updates detailing each stage of the delivery process
- We provide on-line tracking of your package and an estimated time of delivery.
- If the intended recipient cannot be reached, our customer service department will contact you.
- We request all recipients sign an invoice as proof of delivery.
KPL Gold
- All the benefits of our KPL Standard package.
- Clients can request a specific time for pick-up and/or delivery during regular business hours {Mondays to Saturdays from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM}
KPL Platinum
- All of the benefits of the KPL Standard package.
- Clients can request a specific time for pick-up and/or delivery outside of regular business hours {Mondays to Saturdays from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM}
